Very conveniently located close to many locations easily reachable by train or by car. Extremely high-quality residence, very comfortable, very clean, very quiet. Wake up to beautiful views of the Swiss Alps in this authentic Swiss chalet in Därligen a quiet residential area above the lake just 5 minutes walk from Lake Thun. Expect nature, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings — not crowds.
This Authentic Swiss Chalet has the apartment up to 6 guests and includes 1 free parking space, ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking comfort, outdoor activities, and a truly Swiss experience 🇨🇭
The Ground Floor Apartment (3 bedrooms, up to 6 guests)
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining area
• Living room at the ground floor
• Master bedroom with a king-size bed
• 1 Bedroom with 2 single-size beds.
• 1 Bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine – Accessible via stairs
• Second living room upstairs with the TV

Getting around 🚌
• Please note the roads are curvy, narrow, and steep. Drive carefully and enjoy the ride.
• The area is well served by public transport. At check-in, you’ll receive a tourist card with free bus access and great local discounts.
• The nearest bus stop is about a 3-minute walk, followed by a 10-minute bus ride to Interlaken West train station.

• Standard cleaning is included if these steps are followed. Extra fees may apply.
• Leave trash in the bin under the kitchen sink.
• Start the dishwasher (or wash by hand). Do not store wet dishes.

Rooms were clean and well lit. Parking was available but hard to park. This stay would have been better if (1) there were more than one bath towels were availble for a five day stay. We were 4 adults and stayed for five days. It’s not fair to have only

We had a fantastic stay. The property exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the proximity to the lake so we could walk down for a morning swim!

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to bus lines (although I recommend having a car as the bus only came once per hour). Very close to the lake (with some lake views) and a couple nearby restaurants. Worked great for our family of 4 (and would easily sleep more people).
