Very comfortable chalet "Orleans". 2 apartments in the property. In the district of Hinterthal 3 km from the centre of Hinterthal, 7 km from the centre of Maria Alm, 14 km from the centre of Saalfelden, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Pirnbach" 450 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 14 km. Skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 250 m, cross country ski track 10 m. ,Hochkönig Card included in summer.

Upper floor: open large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside.
