Located on the 7th and top floor of the building, this condo enjoys one of the most desirable locations in the complex. Situated just one unit from the end, you'll experience minimal foot traffic and incredible panoramic views of the Gulf. From your private balcony, you'll feel as though you're suspended above the emerald waters, making every sunrise, afternoon, and sunset an unforgettable part of your stay.
The beautifully renovated kitchen is designed with both style and convenience in mind. It features modern finishes, a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig, and all the basic essentials needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before the beach to a relaxing dinner after a day in the sun.
The open living area is the perfect place to gather after a day outdoors. A comfortable sleeper sofa allows accommodations for up to six guests, while the ceiling fan, 65-inch TV, and DVD player make it easy to settle in for a movie night or simply relax while enjoying the peaceful coastal atmosphere.
The primary suite offers a tranquil retreat with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and 45-inch TV. The beautifully updated en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, creating a spa-like space that's perfect for rinsing away the sand after a day on the beach.
The guest bedroom is equally inviting with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 32-inch TV. Nearby, the guest bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combination, providing added flexibility for families and groups.
For those quiet moments between beach adventures, the owners have thoughtfully provided a selection of books for guests to enjoy. As these are personal items supplied by the owners, the titles and selection may vary from stay to stay.
Beyond the condo, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable beachfront vacation. Relax by the pool, enjoy a friendly match on the tennis or pickleball courts with complimentary equipment available from the front desk, or take the private boardwalk directly to the sugar-white sand and crystal-clear Gulf waters.
Your stay also includes two complimentary beach chairs and one beach umbrella from March 1 through October 31. Beach attendants set everything up each morning and take it down each evening, so you can spend more time enjoying the beach and less time hauling equipment. Additional chairs and umbrellas are available to rent if needed.
