Our home is freshly remodeled and has an open living concept. It is on the lower level of the house with a private entrance in the backyard. Larger windows in bedrooms provide abundant natural light. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee & tea, stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops. Cozy and comfortable living room with Smart TV. Gorgeous views of downtown Seattle and a safe neighborhood. Huge backyard green view and private patio. Minutes to freeways, Downtown, and Airport.
Recreation-wise there are several golf courses, boxing clubs, Highland Park, a yacht club, Museum of Flight, restaurants, bars, and more. There are plenty of breweries for beer lovers. And for winos, there are tasting rooms for several local wineries as well.

Your room
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Skylight room with a garden view. A closet, a small table with a chair, and a dresser. Hair dryer, towels, linens, blanket, tissue paper, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, and conditioner provided as standard.

1. The bottom floor of the house, has an open and unique layout with natural light, a private entrance located at the back of the house, viewing the big green garden.
2. 2-bedrooms, 1 master bath
3. Watch a widescreen new Smart TV and free WIFI.
4. Well-equipped new Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric appliances
5. Self-check-in
6. Check-in after 3:00 PM PST
7. Checkout before 11:00 AM PST
8. 4 registered guests maximum (No unregistered guests allowed)
9. Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM PST

The location was perfect for us. We were there for fishing trip with our little family. I love that we are able to save money by cooking on a full kitchen. The only suggestion that I have it would have been nice to have plastic plates for the kids but no biggie. I was just afraid of the kids breaking any plates. The box fan were perfect. Lovely place.

Although I was only here for a day, I really liked this house. It was a clean house, beautifully decorated, beautifully furnished, quiet, safety , and the owner was very enthusiastic, always answering all my questions quickly. It was a really good experience.
