Step into this stylish mid-century retreat, just 15 minutes from downtown Seattle! Perfect for couples or business travelers, this spacious 3-bedroom home offers a cozy fireplace, private office, A/C, and a shared hot tub.
Enjoy the patio and deck in a peaceful setting. The backyard and hot tub are shared with a separate basement unit, and some noise between floors is possible. Book your stay for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Parking
The home has a private driveway for guests that can easily fit two cars. Unfortunately, the garage is not for guest use.
This unit is located on the top floor of the home. The bottom unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels.
The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the downstairs unit.
Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Please no shoes in the house.
We have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
