This modern villa was wonderful for our family group. Having 3 bathrooms is a real bonus. The villa is tastefully decorated and the outside areas are wonderful to relax in.
Loredana was really lovely and very helpful.
We also met the owner and his daughter during our stay, both very nice welcoming people.
We only wished we could have stayed longer.
For the size of villa the sofa and chair in the lounge area are too small It made it difficult for 4 adults to watch TV comfortably. More noticeable if you have a stormy day and need to be indoors.
Downstairs bedroom with bath would benefit from a blackout curtain or door on bathroom because too much daylight early in the morning into the bedroom. Annoying if you are still wanting to .
Upstairs bathroom window needs insect mesh. Need to open window for condensation on mirror but then bugs get in.
Please note these are just our observations for potential improvements and in no way did these things stop us from enjoying our stay.

We stayed for 1 week at Villa Campanille Farmhouse, it had everything! We were met by Loredana, who was so helpful with booking restaurants and assisting with everything we needed.
The house is beautiful, well laid out, beds extremely comfortable……then you go outside….the best pool we have ever been in! Two super covered lounging areas, couldn’t have been better.
We met the owners, who are both hard workers, lovely people.
We would certainly recommend this property to anyone

The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable with plenty of space. The location seems remote, but we were minutes away from groceries, dining and shopping. It was perfect for all our day trips to various towns in the Tuscan region. Communication with Lucca Apartments and Villas was easy. We had to make some unexpected changes and they were very helpful and accommodating. The check in and check out process were seamless. Loredana met us as planned and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. Then, she provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants, wine tastings and transportation. If we are lucky enough to return to Italy, we would definitely book this again.
