This elegant penthouse with air conditioning and free Internet access extends over 2 levels.
The spacious and bright living / dining room offers stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The open and bright kitchen is equipped with all the comforts for a successful holiday.
The two double rooms (with en suite bathroom) are modern and comfortable and promise rest nights after a sunny day.
Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine on the private 70 m terrace.
The apartment enjoys sun all day, overlooking the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is located on a hill above the harbor in a quiet area, but close to shops and restaurants and beach, the amenities are within walking distance distance (3-4 minutes)) or 15 minutes on foot.
A well maintained community pool with terrace is also located in the complex.
The property has private parking.
Distances: Nearby are the attractive mountain villages of Fornalutx and Biniaraitx, while a little more along the coast is Deia. Sóller and the port are about 30 minutes drive from Palma airport, have good connections with rail, tram and bus services.
Changeover day: Flexible We understand that flights are often a more reasonable price during the week, but it is a function of other reservations. Arrival after 3 pm, departure before 10 am less than by prior arrangement.
Puerto de Soller: it is a coastal city in the northwest of Mallorca, only about 5 kilometers from Sóller. Its bright location in an almost circular bay, protected by rocks on both sides of the passage to the sea. Today you can find excursion boats, yachts and sailboats. Every afternoon at 5 p.m. fishermen arrive at Puerto de Sóller with some of their catches still alive.
Max. 4 adults + 1 child are allowed.

Domingo was the best host we've ever had. He welcomed us personally, carried all of our luggage upstairs in seconds, and even prepared a thoughtful gift for our daughter. When the air conditioner needed attention, he fixed it almost immediately. His hospitality was simply outstanding.The house was exactly as pictured. Great value for money. It was more spacious than we expected, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for our family vacation. The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved spending our mornings and evenings on the front terrace taking it all in.Having a private parking space was very convenient. We drove to the beach and the port, which took only about 5–8 minutes. We never tried walking, as it was too far and too hot. There are also many interesting places to explore nearby, making Domingo's home an excellent base for discovering the area. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our time at Domingo’s place! He was kind enough to meet us and help carry bags up the many steps and show us around. The view from the balcony was awesome so we enjoyed a few dinners out there.
There are many steps (66 my kids counted!) from the road up the the apartment plus walking up to the property from the beach is pretty hard work…especially in summer. Great if you want to work off all the food and drinks you’ve consumed though!
My kids also got a kick out of seeing a goat in the backyard one morning!

Well equipped, comfortable apartment, both indoor and outdoor spaces, in a lovely peaceful location. Wonderful views & sun all round. Helpful and responsive host.
