Our apartment 'Authentic' is a combination of pleasing colors and a delicate attention to detail in every corner that will let you experience the magic of an eclectic space in the heart of St Petersburg. With the beautiful sand beaches just 5 minutes away, you can feel the breeze as soon as you step outside. You also can try St Petersburg’s diverse restaurant scene and visit the museums displaying art permanent collections and traveling exhibits.
As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to it’s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender.
For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50” smart TV’s.
As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37” smart TV’s.
A beautiful modern bathroom with ceramic tile and a bathtub. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them.
The unit is equipped with a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience, a back common area with surrounding landscape and stainless steel BBQ. Two assigned off street parking spaces.

When we entered the apartment, it smelled wonderful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was impeccably clean as well. We were a party of 4 and there were enough towels, cups, plates, and eating utensils for everyone. Clothes detergent, body wash and dish washer pods were available.We stocked food and cooked at least 1 meal per day. Stove-top pots and pans are supplied. There is a smartTV in every room including the living room. We also took advantage of the grill! The beds were comfortable and extra sheets were available but they may not be for you if you have knee/leg/hip issues as they are only about 14-16 inches off the ground.It’s close to the beach, EV charging, a mall and other attractions.The hosts were prompt to respond whenever I reached out. I only had to do so once when someone was attempting to use a door code to enter our unit. Within less than 5 minutes I received a response that it was probably a new checkin-in confused on which unit was theirs and that they would contact them.The only suggestion I would have is the addition of a non-slip mat for the bathtub. The surface is slick and everyone had a “close call” in it almost falling.I would recommend this host and apartment to everyone!

This apartment was perfect for a trip for my daughter and me. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of linens and towels. Parking was convenient. Natalia and Yuri provided great communication before checking in and checking out, which made everything very simple. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a gem of a place! Very eclectic decoration along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located near grocery stores.restaurants and bars, it is right in the middle of everything anyone would need.

This apartment was really cute and well decorated. It is about 10 minutes to the beach and it is 5 minutes from my favorite gluten free bakery so I book a unit from this building every year. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there are thoughtful updates throughout the home. The neighborhood is quiet and my stays there have always been peaceful.
