Our apartment 'Joyful' is a combination of pleasing colors and a delicate attention to detail in every corner that will let you experience the magic of an eclectic space in the heart of St Petersburg. With the beautiful sand beaches 5 minutes away driving, you can feel the breeze as soon as you step outside. You also can try St Petersburg’s diverse restaurant scene and visit the museums displaying art permanent collections and traveling exhibits.
As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to it’s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender.
For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50” smart TV’s.
As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37” smart TV’s.
A beautiful modern bathroom with a bathtub. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them.
The unit is equipped with a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience, a back common area with surrounding landscape and stainless steel BBQ. Two assigned off street parking spaces.

Clean, well maintained and great location to get places. Host was responsive. Would stay here or one of the other units in this building again. I believe its a four unit building 2 up 2 down. We stayed up stairs. It stairs are a issue i woukd make sure to get a different unit. Only complaint we had was lighting. The lighting throughout is dim. Normally not a issue but the lights around vanity were not good. My sister couldnt see to put makeup on. Just poor choice for lighting. The unit is behind a Taco bell so some noise from that but not terrible. Makes an easy landmark to find it.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property for a total of 9 weeks. We can't say enough good things about it. The apartment is a very comfortable, clean, spacious, quiet, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with beautiful and relaxing outdoor space. The hosts are kind, helpful, responsive, and professional. It is perfectly located -- and very convenient to St. Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach, Gulfport, Fort Desoto and the barrier island beaches. Not to mention the Publix, shops, theater, art houses, and all! We look forward to spending more time next year at "We Are Joyful!" Thank you so much for another wonderful visit!

This was a great little place, just about a 5-10 minute drive from St. Pete Beach. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and a Publix grocery store just around the corner. The apartment was clean and the we loved the whole style and vibe.
The only suggestion I'd have is to stock more bath and beach towels. We were a family of 4 there for about a week and had exactly 4 towels of each kind so we did quite a bit of laundry. Other than that, it was a great little getaway!

My wife & I spent 3 nights. The unit was clean, well decorated, comfortable, & convenient location.As a former 3yr VRBO owner w/5-star ratings, I know how important those are. However, 2 things of importance were disregarded.1.Thermostat: Owner’s rule: AC no lower than 69 at night- see attached. Night #1, set on 69. Hours later woke up hot…thermostat had been turned up to 72. I turned it back down. Next morning, I examined the thermostat- the exact model I have at home & discovered it was programed to go to 72 about 9- 9:30. Night #2, I reprogrammed it to stay on 69-degrees. Once again, they reprogrammed it & turned temperature up. Even though we set our thermostats lower than 69 at home, I’m respectful of owner’s rules during stay. Night #3, I was angry when I woke up at 11:45 to find once again the owners did not abide by their rule regarding temperature and disrespected me by turning it up. For them to have 69-degree thermostat rule while planning to secretlychange the temperature is deceptive - an unacceptable way for guest to be treated.2. Privacy: A. Can’t lock or block doors inside Anyone w/keypad code could walk in at any time. B. Window in middle of shower is only obscured. When walking to our unit, I noticed a unit w/ bathroom light on. I could read the shampoo bottle. This made it awkward to take a shower – especially w/people in the courtyard outside our window. C. No living room privacy at night. Needed to clip curtains in bedroom for privacy.
