Armagh 3 is a gorgeous contemporary apartment unit in the heart of the city. With an impressive, white, modern architectural exterior, and a stylish interior, the apartment is a premium accommodation option in an upmarket city neighbourhood. The kitchen is fully-functional and fully-equipped with cooking utensils, including; a fridge, microwave, oven, stove top, and dishwasher. The dining area also includes a full set of dining wares for our guests to use. The gorgeous open-plan living area flows out onto a warm sunny balcony complete with a seating area – the perfect place for a drink! Downstairs, the apartment includes a garage and laundry facilities. There is also access to private outdoor courtyard and garden, which is another place to enjoy the sun.

It is right on the doorstep of Hagley Park, Christ’s college, Canterbury Museum and the world-famous Christchurch Botanical Gardens (5 minute walk). On the other side of the block, the apartment is a five minute walk to the Christchurch Art Gallery, CoCa, The Arts Centre, Fiddlesticks Bar & Restaurant, Rollickin’ Gelato, and the Boulevard Café. Property was well located a short walk from the city attractions. It had everything we needed and was tidy and well presented. We were there at a cery cold time of the year and it was lovely and warm. We only had niggle and that was that the couch was really old and uncomfortable it didn't invite sitting around! However we would stay again.

Excellent location , loved being close to Botanic Gdns. Internet didn’t work for two days. In need of some maintenance- will contact property management directly.

This property was ideal for two women travelling together as it had two bedrooms/two bathrooms. Clean, quiet and well appointed plus good walking to so many areas within Christchurch City.
