This is a very cute place to stay. We were within an hour from the places we wanted to see. It’s kind of tucked back a bit but after we found it we had no more problems finding it. You don’t really hear the neighbors nice and quiet. Host was very helpful in providing places to go eat and see. They were a phone call away in case you may need something.

This was a perfect place for a solo writing retreat! Plenty of life scooters to get around, buses are close and there’s lots of awesome places to eat and drink nearby including the broadmoor. The property management company is soooo good! They have a smooth process, like checking into a hotel. They are super responsive if you need anything and overall it was just a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to do it again!

Very cozy, clean and quiet. I loved being so close to Cheyenne mountain and the trails. Complimentary coffee and water is a nice touch. Felt very comfortable.
