Our property is perfectly positioned for your Colorado Springs adventure. If you are flying into the region, the Colorado Springs Airport is easily reachable within twenty minutes by car or rideshare service. For guests who prefer public transportation, local bus routes serve the broader Colorado Springs area, though we find that most of our visitors prefer the flexibility of driving to reach nearby rock climbing spots and parks. You will enjoy stress free parking throughout your stay with free spaces provided directly on our property and plenty of street parking right outside.



Other Things to Note:

🔒 Security Deposit & Protection

• We require a refundable security hold of $1,000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out by purchasing damage waiver coverage for a non-refundable $60 fee.



🚫 Strict Property Violations & Fines

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $1,000 fine will be applied for any violation.

• Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A $500 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per city ordinance. Please respect our neighbors during your stay.



👤 Age Requirement

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate reservations that do not meet this requirement unless prior approval has been explicitly granted by our team before check-in.



🐾 Dog Policy

• Fees & Limits: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs). All dogs must be approved by our team before check-in. No other animal types are allowed unless they are certified service animals.

• Yard Restrictions: Dogs are permitted to roam freely in the backyard garden. They must be leashed in the front yard and while walking in the neighborhood.

• Waste: Please clean up after your pet immediately. For your convenience, a pooper scooper and a poop bag dispenser are located right on the back fence. All waste must be disposed of in the large outdoor trash bins.



🌲 Important Reminders

• Wildlife & Trash: All trash must be kept secure inside the bins. Never leave trash or food outside overnight, as it attracts active local wildlife.

• Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the bedroom layouts and bed configurations prior to booking to ensure they fit your group's needs.

• Services: Unlike hotels, we do not have 24/7 onsite maintenance or housekeeping staff, but our local support team will address any request as quickly as possible.

• Fees: Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full, detailed breakdown of all guest fees.
