Right on the corner of 8th and North Downing, this home is close to town and a block to the beach. All linens are provided (please bring beach towels for beach use). The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. The living room has a piano and fireplace. The dining room is just off the kitchen and living room. There is a TV with cable, VCR, stereo, alarm clock. Upstairs has a Queen bedroom, a 2nd Queen bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with a single twin in each. There is a futon on the sunporch as well. The downstairs bathroom has a tub only, no shower. The upstairs bath has a tub shower combo. There really isn't a back yard to this home. This home has parking for 2 cars only; NO PETS - NO SMOKING - MUST BE 25 TO RENT

The house is roomy and charming. It reminded me of my grandmas house. Nights are quite. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice and spacious. Works well for a large group of family or friends. Managing group very prompt and friendly.

Pros: 1. Location is within walking distance to the beach.
2. Bathroom right beside the front door making it easy to clean sandy children without tramping through house.
3. Kitchen is well equipped.
4. Walking distance to down town.
Cons:
1. Very poor WiFi. You had tone in certain spots for it to work.
2. Only one shower, it was downstairs away from the bedrooms.
3. Difficult to lock the sliding doors.
4. It was clean but things you wonder at the stuffed untidy closets. 1 or 2 stains, old worn out furniture.
We feel lucky to have booked this place at the last minute but plan to book earlier for a nicer place.
