Waterfront 5-bed 4 bath with heated pool BTR 2030

Tom was always easy and quick to reach. Checkin was seamless. The whole place was clean, fresh towels, and so on. Everything was absolutely perfect and my whole family loved the trip- the beautiful house (between the beach nearby, the warm pool, and the dock off where we kayaked and my dad fished), the location, and all the comforts provided. My mom especially loved the kitchen (all the necessary utensils and tools) made cooking for a group of 9 very easy. All in all, we would love to come back again.

Our extended family of 9 had an excellent stay at this property! The location was perfect, right on the water and a short walk to the beach. The included golf cart also made trips to the beach or local cafes so convenient. We had trouble finding the key for the golf cart the first day, and Tom called us immediately to help. Communication was very good throughout the entire process. We spent hours in the pool, which was a great size and very clean. Our group also enjoyed fishing and watching lots of dolphins from the dock. Tom was very kind to leave us a couple of fishing poles to use during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the quality of all of the cookware and utensils was great. Beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the inclusion of extra throw blankets and pillows in each room. Overall we would definitely stay again, and our kids already already asking to return!

Kitchen was short utensils and sauté pans. Nice property though. Bed we slept in was lumpy and soft. I don’t think quality was a priority when furnishing bedrooms.
