Family friendly private cottage in condo community. Quiet location with yard space to play a yard game or sit in the chairs on the deck. Take a stroll to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room or play a game of tennis all within the complex. Grill & eat dinner on the deck or grab dinner in nearby Ogunquit or Kennebunkport. Spend days at nearby Wells Beach. Trolley comes right to the community entrance for transport to Ogunquit & beaches. So much to do! Perfect summer vacation location!

Very nice cottage and clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub, pool and the clubhouse were well-kept and wonderful and the neighborhood was friendly and beautifully done.

Great place. We stayed one night to fish on the bunny Clark in ogunquit the next morning. Great location.

When we first arrived, we found a prescription bottle someone left behind. It made us question how well this property was cleaned. We also found a pill on the floor in the kitchen. The ladder to the bunk bed was so close to the wall even a small child would have trouble going up it. The bedroom carpet should be cleaned or taken out.
