Ocean Pearl is a charming cottage located in the highly sought after gated smoke-free community of Summer Village resort in Wells, ME. It is located centrally on the property and short walk to the main clubhouse & pool complex. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage accommodates 6 people. The open kitchen and dining space is perfect for family meals, games and socializing. Less than a mile to Moody Beach & 5-minute drive to downtown Ogunquit.

► Please clean and put things back after use. (No dirty dishes left in the sink please!)
► Bath towels are supplied but guests shall wash and dry prior to check out as to not leave dirty towels in the unit.
► The community pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day through Columbus Day

Great place,everything from games for the kids to brach chairs for the besch. Kids loved the bikes and pool.Pkzce was very clean.Would definitely stay agsin

I highly recommend renting this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the unit was well appointed and kid friendly. The amenities at Summer Village were also wonderful and very kid friendly. The property shuttle was very convenient. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Roshni.
