Premium furnished single-story home w/spacious backyard overlooking Martial Cottle Park w/views of Lick Observatory & surrounding hills with nothing to block views. Formal dining room is currently set up as an office w/two workstations. Wifi throughout the house. Huge extended family room! Fully furnished large backyard with table, sofas, chairs, kid's play zone & fruit trees.
Great neighborhood with a huge park and trail right behind our backyard. Remodeled kitchen, instant Hot/Cold Water Dispenser/Filtration system, Island with bar stools. Stainless appliances. Hardwood floors in the kitchen, office, and hallway, and carpets in the family room and bedrooms. All bathrooms are updated, his and her closets in the master bedroom. Skylights, ceiling fans, portable AC's. Sound system w/4-input,4-zone Russound amplifier connected to speakers and controls in the kitchen, living room, and back patio. The system allows you to connect a device (e.g. a smartphone or iPod) and play music in any of these locations. Kid's playground in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, towels, bedding, and starter cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. We also have a full set up for infants and toddlers: child's cirb, pack and play, changing table, children's food processor, wipe warmer, toys/games, books and more. Wifi throught the property. Biweekly gardener. Driveway parking for two cars, no garage parking.

Backyard also has kid's playground. House is approximately 2300 sq.ft. No parties are allowed, maximum occupancy is eleven people. Keyless entrance with a unique code will be provided.
Vista Park neighborhood is close to popular entertainment, dining, and shopping destinations although has a small-town atmosphere. A short drive from convenient shopping: Westfield Oakridge with many shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and Target. Nature lovers will enjoy Martial Cottle park right behind our backyard. It has a trail and an organic farm with playgrounds and an educational center. We also have nearby Almaden Lake Park, family-friendly Almaden Meadows Park. Popular San Jose attractions like the Winchester Mystery House, Happy Hollow Park & Zoo, Downtown San Jose, and Municipal Rose Garden are only 15- 20 minutes away.
