Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Close to the park and to groceries. Host was very responsive and prompt.Belle ensured she had a crib and high chair for toddler as requested. Parking very convenient .

If you are visiting with babies etc - the walls are very thin and there is fair amount of noise from the upstairs of footsteps etc in the night - but other than that it was fine

This might be the best house I have lived in USA so far! Price is good, kitchen is full of Chinese seasonings, drier machine works well, free parking place next to the house, quiet street, 10-min walk to Starbucks, supermarket & Chinese restaurant......and the owner is a nice person who can speak both English & Chinese Mandarin. And he helped me to get the Macbook charger left in the house after I checked-out! Would recommend to all my Asian & European friends when they want to stay a few days in Cupertino :)

1. I have to say that there are too less sockets in the living room, which made me have to drop off the plug of the light and then charged my Macbook......and it was the main reason why I left the Macbook charger. Pls add more sockets or enough extension leads which are absolutely necessary for travellers. 2. The dustbin in the bathroom is too small. 3. The bowls in the kitchen are too small

Avoid Avoid Avoid... there are many places to stay in the area that are worth the money -- not here!

Location was convenient.

Unit did NOT match the photos in my confirmation and seem to be from a different unit -- we were shown a bright, cheerful, clean space opnline -- this was dark and dreary; fridge beat up; furniture was all different. Neighboring unit was audible the whole night -- no sound privacy. We saw a roach in the kitchen sink. Place was a mediocre renovation slapped onto an old, tired building. We had a toddler and couldn't stay more than one night because it would have made our trip a hell (we booked 8 nights total). Owners were very polite and apologetic about this whole mess until we left the next day and asked for a refund. (They offered to "disinfect the whole apartment" -- knowing we were there with a baby!) The right thing would have been to refund us the remainder of the stay and take care of their problems before putting this out for rent. Now we're out $1500 and in a legal dispute with these people.
