Villa Romantica is located in a quiet residential area in Almunecar in the urbanization Los Pinos above the beach Playa Velilla. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living / dining area with open fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies on the upper bedrooms, a covered terrace in front of the living area, a private heated pool (with charge) with sun terrace and sun loungers. Private parking is available both inside the villa and on the street directly in front of it. The villa has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in Spanish, German and some English channels.

We had a nice stay in the property. The pool was heated and the children loved to swim in the pool. The housr looks like the pictures. The owner is friendly and helpsom. We enjoyed 10 days there in the spring.

Spacious villa with awesome views of the sea. You can even hear the waves from the patio and enjoy beautiful sunrises :).
Quiet residential area with free parking in the street. About 15-20 min walk down to the beach. The return trip is uphill.
There is a smaller bedroom (red room) on the ground floor and two bigger ones on the first floor.
The heated pool was the highlight of the vacation for the kids!
The owner and his neighbor friend are extremely nice and accommodating.
Highly recommended!!

Tired & in need of some TLC.
Nice views but access was challenging.
Unfortunately the pool kept going cloudy & green frequently.
We did have a few problems with appliances but we did have a good response from the owner who had them rectified.
