About this villa rental
Villa Gli Spalitri is located in a countryside in a hilly area about 3 Km from Lonato del Garda and 6 Km from Desenzano del Garda. It is surrounded by greenery and tranquility, surrounded by vineyards and hills, and minutes away from the main roads.
The house is characterized by the flat roof and the stone pillars that surround it forming a porch overlooking the garden where is located an overground pool of 5 mt. of diameter. Below the porch, adjacent to the kitchen, is the masonry barbecue.
The living area on the ground floor consists of a dining room and a kitchen, and a large living room with wood-burning fireplace which communicates with the two sideboards. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom. The heating of the ground floor is on the floor.
The sleeping area in the basement, with natural light and generally cool in summer, has windows and glass doors and consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom and two double bedrooms with shared bathroom. The basement is heated by fan coil. On the same floor there is the laundry room and the garage where two cars can be parked.
There are water parks in the area, the Spia d'Italia pony club, the Trap Conca Verde shooting range, Kartodromo South Garda Karting and the golf courses of Arzaga and Chervò.
Nearby are shopping centers, typical restaurants and renowned nightlife venues.
About 20 and 30 km. you can reach the famous theme parks of Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, Movieland Park and the Nature Park.
From the house there are suggestive itineraries for walking or cycling.
