The spacious property offers many features including a telephone entry system and parking and it also provides guests with modern and luxurious accommodation which includes a bright open plan lake view Living room with sofa, flat screen TV and a fully fitted Kitchen with all the desired appliances for your stay.
The incredible lake views can also be enjoyed from the private sunny balcony which provides a lovely setting in which to enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or even a memorable alfresco dining experience at the guest’s own outdoors dining area which features.
Also on the first floor are the spacious and bright master double bedroom and a newly fitted contemporary bathroom which is both practical, stylish and features a washing machine for guest’s convenience.
A spiral staircase from the living room leads guests up to an open plan second bedroom area with double bed which is positioned on the galleried landing. To reach a 3rd closed bedroom with twin single beds, it is necessary to walk through the open 2nd bedroom area. A second modern bathroom with shower is also situated on this floor for guest’s convenience.
This upstairs area benefits from the lovely chalet style, high sloping warm honey coloured beamed ceilings which still benefit from a lot of natural light through Velux windows.
A double sofa bed to the living room may also be used to accommodate additional guests, so allowing for a large party of up to six-eight guests to stay comfortably in the property.

The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing Mountain River and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored!
The town offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta. From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Gatto Nero. Great location, very good management team. Downsides were the poor condition of the property (thing such as keys not working) and a resident of the complex who believed she owned the pool and hassled anyone who dared to use it.

We had 2 families in our group (4 adults 3 kids). It was a very cool little quiet Italian town. Amazing balcony view, host was very responsive, nice welcome gift, shops and pubs weren’t too far. Does require a lot of walking uphill - a few things to watch for… Only 2 toilet paper rolls provided, beds were a little uncomfortable, no instructions on how to use the motorized windows, WiFi was bad, and could have used a second set of keys… but those are fairly minor.
We really enjoyed our stay!
