For rent at the tip of Lechiagat, former fishing village, 50m from the beach and 100m from the port, Close to the port of Guilvinec and its shops, Located 10 km from the Pointe de la Torche, Pretty house from the 30s, very bright, completely renovated in 2023.
-Ground floor, beautiful living room of 50m² (living room, wood stove, TV, living room, kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge), overlooking a small garden with terrace of 35m².
Laundry room, with washing machine and dryer and toilet.
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, 140 and 160 with wardrobe/wardrobe. An office area, a bathroom with shower, toilet.
- ladder staircase leading to the converted attic with a 160 or 2x80 bed and a sofa that can accommodate two children.
- 35 m² outdoor terrace with a large table and eight chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, small garden.
- outdoor in front of the house.
Parking for three vehicles, garden shed with awning, petanque court.
Beds are made on arrival, towels and dish towels are provided.
We do not accept pets.

The house is lovely furnished and fully equipped. Delphine is very hospitable and helpful. We made extensive use of the provided bicycles and BBQ. The beach is just around the corner. We had two wonderful weeks.
