This spacious and modern resort-style vacation home is ready for your family and friends to enjoy! This newly renovated, 2600 sq ft property is fully enclosed and offers a private backyard, large heated pool/spa, a comfortable lounge area, bbq/grill, indoor and outdoor 10-seater dining tables, a 4-hole putting green, outdoor games, TVs in all bedrooms, pool table, board games, and a firepit. Located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. Unforgettable memories are made here!
Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high end thread count sheets.

There are plenty of games including the pool table, corn hole, ladder toss and many board games that will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.
The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

The property was just as described in the listing. Right away we were happy with the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen was in great condition with new appliances throughout. The common living areas were large and in good condition. The bedrooms were all nice with memory foam mattresses and good pillows - we all slept well! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, views of the mountains, the putting green, the hot tub and pool. We really appreciated that the cost of heating the pool and hot tub was built into the price. The only thing needing attention were some of the outdoor games (ladder ball and corn hole) which were well worn. We were seven adults and three little ones, and the space worked great for us!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, very roomy, and amazing outdoor space! Perfect location for the tennis tournament in Indian Wells and Joshua Tree National Park. The host was very responsive. We would easily stay here again!

The stay was great. The only reason we might not book again was the alarm on the back door. Very annoying to have to disarm it every time you go outside!
