Beautiful beachfront, no roads to cross, and literally 30 meters to the sand. The building is right in front of the patrolled section of Mooloolaba Spit.
Endless views with a perfect northerly aspect. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 per floor) apartment and has sweeping views of the ocean and over to the river and marina.
5-minute stroll along the boardwalk to Mooloolaba Esplanade, restaurants, cafes and shops, fresh seafood markets, playgrounds, and parks. A hop skip and jump to the amazing wharf and its eating options as well as Sea World and the Surf club.
Ceiling fans, Wifi, amazing water views
A King bed with en-suite, 2 Single Beds, and a Single Bunks set that is suitable for children only to accommodate up to 6 guests.
A swimming pool and underground safe parking for 1 vehicle
You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays

Very well located with brilliant views of ocean and river, right on the beach. Short walk to main shopping strip and surf club for meals. However, property is seriously in need of some maintenance and cleaning. Bunk bedroom ceiling is falling down and metal piece sticking out that could injure a child. Washing machine didn't work first day but maintenance people fixed. Hot water ran out after 2 showers. Shortage of towels, rubbish bags. Well equipped kitchen with enough for larger crowd. We had a lovely stay but it could have been better.

Great location. View is amazing. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and convenience stores. Our stay was only short but very relaxing
