The Location was great

The Hosts of this property were terrible. We felt like we were being treated like prisoners in a prison. They had no comprehension of customer service. We asked a few times for things that wasn't in line with their rule book and the requests were bluntly denied. From dictating in their paperwork how much toilet paper and things like tea bags we were allowed to use to threatening to charge us $120 for not dropping the keys back to the grocery store that was 5 or 6km's away. Very unfriendly, unwelcoming hosts run this property. The property was in a great location however for the price we were paying-from memory over $700 per night the Commandants of this property can surely afford a few more tea bags and toilet paper etc etc. The unit was looking a little tired with rusty AC vents/blades and paint peeling off the ceiling in a few spots etc. Just like another family whom we met that had stayed with these hosts previously and had a similar experience, if you want to be treated like a prisoner- book this place.
