Location is excellent. Good size apartment and comfortable beds. Furniture in good condition.
The blinds need a clean to remove mould.

The location is right across the street from the Wharf area, with direct views to the water. It's a 5-10min walk to the beach, 2min walk to restaurants. Secure parking plus room for guests to park as well, if necessary. The apartment was well resourced so you could choose to either stay in or eat out.
A little bit of wear and tear in the apartment that could be fixed up - nothing that affected the overall quality of our stay though.

Location and View
The apartment was freezing due to the fact that we could not turn on the air conditioning units to heat the apartment as there was mould through the vents that we did not want to get sick from, these require an annual service.
Check-in needs a better system or a lock box onsite.
