Inside you can find a kitchen equipped with induction burners, bathroom with washing machine, garden with table, umbrella and deck chairs. Free Wifi Internet in some outdoor areas. Public or street parking.
Sheets and towels are not provided. There are blankets and pillows.
In the winter the heating works with a pellet stove.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked for a deposit of 50 euros which will be retained by the owner if the apartment is not in order and clean at the end of the stay.
In the village of Villeneuve, a few kilometers away, you will find a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pastry shop, a shoe and sporting goods shop, a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and newspapers, a bank branch, a sports center with an outdoor swimming pool, a equipped for rafting/canoe descents, an adventure park and a lake for sport fishing.
For the more active it is an excellent starting point both in winter for skiing (a stone's throw from the main ski resorts) and in summer (excursions, rafting/canoeing, mountain biking). Nearby in Introd you can visit the Parc Animalier and the Pope's museum in loc. Combes.
As far as cultural activities are concerned, it is possible to visit most of the medieval castles (the closest Villeneuve, Saint-pierre, Introd, Aymavilles, Sarre) as well as the Forte di Bard, the castle of Fénis and many others. Other recommended visits are those in Roman Aosta.
