Amazing

Wonderful hosts. Great, convenient location. Amazing views of the mountains. Parking. The apartment are perfectly prepared for rent - there is everything you might need. We hike every day and we were very happy to be able to wash our clothes. Thank you very much!

- cleanliness - amenities (eg. kitchen) - good WiFi - place to store skis / sport equipment - friendly owners - view from balcony - parking - convenient location if you plan ski alpinism trips (major tributary valleys 20-30min by car)

- not issue for single traveller (as I was) but probably in larger group door to toilet would be useful ;)

+ Nice view for the mountain + Helpful host + Good starting point for hiking in Gran Paradiso National Park + Large and well equipped apartment (especially kitchen if you want to cook on your own) + No problem with parking the car

- The kitchen would be perfect with some minor improvements (like kettle of any kind, fresh sponge and some washing powder readily available) - Double bed composed of two single one isnt' really comfortable

Great host! Convenient location. Comfy bed. Kitchen with everything I needed.

While Herve was a great host and the apartment had everything one would need it was on the '3rd' floor and quite warm. Also there wasn't a comfortable living space to hang out. Finally it was on a busy road with lots of traffic noise.

Everything was perfect: the sparkling clean apartment, the facilities, the location and the welcoming host who brought us for the breakfast fresh milk and delicious home made cheese. Best place for a perfect holiday. Merci beaucoup, Hervé.

Tutto, gentilissimi, accoglienti, casa davvero bella, posizione perfetta molto centrale ottima per spostarsi, servizi vicini supermercato bar ristoranti e anche la banca, castello a 2 passi. Bello bello

Posizione strategica per i comprensori sciistici. Fuori dal traffico di Aosta, pur essendo velocemente raggiungibile. Supermercati a qualche minuto d'auto e market con prodotti tipici e locali a qualche centinaio di metri dalla struttura. Stazione di servizio auto praticamente a 1 minuto. Cucina con tutto l'occorrente per preparare i pasti. Persone molto gentili e pronte a soddisfare una nostra unica richiesta. NB: manca solo il pela-patate 😅

Soggiorno fantastico

L’appartamento posto al terzo piano era molto pulito ed accogliente, la signora che ci ha accolto gentilissima, ci ha anche fatto assaggiare il latte della loro azienda agricola. Da tornare sicuramente.

Appartamento ampio con vista sulla Grivola

L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso, con una bellissima vista sulla Grivola e strategicamente posizionato nel paese di St. Pierre. Si possono raggiungere velocemente moltissime attrazioni (castelli, valli, musei, la città di Aosta e in 40 minuti si arriva alle terme). L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, con tutte le spiegazioni utili ad organizzare il ns week-end (peccato siano stati solo 2 giorni). La cucina è ben attrezzata, così come il bagno (lavatrice, phon, prodotti per le pulizie), il letto comodossimo, abbiamo davvero riposato bene. Sicuramente questa famiglia e questo appartamento saranno la nostra prima scelta quando torneremo in VdA.

Nulla! Come hanno già sottolineato altri utenti, la casa è a un terzo piano senza ascensore, non adatta quindi a chi ha ridotta capacità motoria, per noi che amiamo camminare e andare in montagna, non è stato assolutamente un problema, anzi da lassù, la vista poteva spaziare sulla valle ed era ancora più suggestiva.

Appartamento vicino ai punti di attrazione che ci interessavano, lontano dal traffico della strada statale e vicino (anche a piedi) al centro abitato con prodotti di prima necessità. Casa spaziosa, luminosa, pulita e arredata con gusto.

Mooi groot appartement. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Omgeving is prachtig en Aosta stad gezellig.

Appartement is op de 3e verdieping en er is geen lift. Verder is er geen tafeltje op het balkon. In het dorp is niet veel te doen.

Appartamento spazioso e molto ben tenuto, proprietari gentili e disponibili che all'arrivo ci hanno fornito informazioni su trekking e attività da fare nella zona. Posizione comodissima per visitare la valli del Parco del Gran Paradiso ma anche per altri itinerari. Grande comodità anche il parcheggio situato proprio all'ingresso della struttura

Viena maloniausių ir gražiausių mūsų šeimos aplankytų vietų - po Europą keliaujame metų metus.

Labai malonūs žmonės, puiki, kultūriškai turtinga vieta nuostabios gamtos apsuptyje. Iš to buto būtų galima niekur ir neiti - vien žiūrėti pro balkoną į didingus nuolat besikeičiančius kalnus, pilis (taip ir nesuskaičiavome, kiek pilių galima matyti - 4? 5?). Aktyviems keliautojams iš Aostos slėnio nesunkiai pasiekiama nesuskaičiuojama daugybė kalnų takų, kultūros ir istorijos vertybių. Ir butas, ir visas namas tvarkingas, patogu privažiuoti, automobilį galima laikyti tiesiai kieme. Nuostabu.

Bellissimo soggiorno a saint pierre

L’appartamento è in una posizione centrale, a piedi puoi arrivare facilmente anche al castello di SAINT PIERRE. La casa era calda e pulita, ci hanno anche offerto del latte prodotto da loro. Consiglio!

Condominio-fattoria posizione perfetta per visitare VdA

Vengo accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, trattasi di condominio di proprietà familiare con una fattoria adiacente, ci sono anche le mucche! La signora Maria e la sua famiglia sono persone cordiali ospitali e pronte ad aiutare. La casa era decisamente spaziosa, molto luminosa, estremamente pulita, le televisione funzionava perfettamente così come bollitore, frigo, acqua caldissima sempre disponibile, una bellissima esperienza mi sono sentito a casa. Letto iper-comodo. Parcheggio privato della proprietà quindi ok per chi ci tiene all'auto, e posizione perfetta per visitare i castelli, sia del paese (sono 2 e sono incantevoli, si va a piedi) sia per spostarsi per tutta la regione in cerca di fresco estivo o sciate invernali, molto geocentrica! Connessione mobile perfetta, massima velocità. Tornerò con la mia famiglia sicuramente!! Grazie !! Maury il meteorologo

Consapevole del fatto che era collocato al terzo piano senza ascensore, non vale come negativo e non abbassa il voto anche perché per me è occasione di sport, ma non è il top per persone con mobilità ridotta, leggere con attenzione quindi prima di prenotare. Suggerisco alla signora Maria l'acquisto di un microonde, sarebbe il top per aver tutto in casa :) spero di trovarlo la prox volta, ci sono modelli a qualche decina di euro che durano una vita..ci starebbe come upgrade, a presto, Maury

Posizione strategica, vicino autostrada e castelli.da visitare, e vicino alle valli; vista superlativa, appartamento indipendente, ampio e arioso, con 2 balconi, e ben fornito e pulito (il nostro può ospitare 5 persone), gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietà, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Lo consiglieremo a parenti e amici, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Nb 3°piano senza ascensore, ma lo sapevamo.
