A perfect place in a perfect location

The property is historic, so there are some nuances - the front door scraps the floor due to the tilt. The refridgerator does not work. It was warm and the freezer was cool. We kept things cold in the wine fridge. The building does not have great insulation - you can hear everything on the block with the ac on full blast and the tv on. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was quaint. It was good for a get away for maybe younger quests as the noise from the bar on the corner never stopped. The bar is open 24 hours.

The place was overall tidy and we were very comfortable. The place is however in need of a deep clean as it’s older and in New Orleans it probably accumulates dust easily. We didn’t cook much but we noticed the kitchen had bare minimum cooking tools. I actually bought a pot holder because i couldn’t find one. The location was great the owner is very kind. He recommended great places. We didn’t receive check out task or instructions so we just picked up trash and did what we assumed was necessary prior to leaving. I had a great time with my boyfriend. I think it’s perfect for couples but there is no actual door to the room so it’s more a 2 person stay.

Always exceptional

Problem getting WiFi password. Not all amenities listed were present. Issues with the plumbing. Location was great, but accommodations were a bit disappointing.
