Welcome to Duck Harbor at Waters Edge on the ever-popular East Side of Chincoteague Island - our “Little Island by the Sea”. This spectacular Waterfront Townhome has it all - breathtaking Views of the Assateague Channel and Lighthouse, every amenity you could possibly need, a shared Pier for fishing and crabbing, plus dockage for your boat up to 20 feet! As if that weren’t enough, this gorgeous Townhome has an amazing location close to popular Veteran’s Memorial Park! Memorial Park offers a fabulous playground, pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis and basketball courts, and a boat launch ideal for launching kayaks, as well as boats!
You’ll love kicking back and relaxing in the sunny Living Area with Free WiFi, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and absolutely spectacular Views of the Assateague Channel and Lighthouse. Step outside onto your Waterfront Deck and take in that salty, sweet sea breeze - literally just steps away! Whether you enjoy fishing and crabbing from the Pier, or just relaxing with a cocktail, you’ll be amazed how close to the water’s edge you really are!
The Chef in your family will find mealtime a bay breeze in the well-stocked Kitchen. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or Al-Fresco on the Waterfront Deck (new furnishings coming soon!). Not one to cook on Vacation? We’ve got you covered - there are so many awesome options nearby. There’s also a convenient Half Bath just off the Living Area, as well as a Washer and Dryer.
Duck Harbor sleeps 6 more than comfortably with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. On the main level, you’ll find 2 spacious Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a Master with a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Work Station, and direct Private Access to another Waterfront Deck. Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while everyone else slumbers - total tranquility. The Private Master Bath has a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2, just next door, has 2 Twin Beds and Flat Screen TV.
Wandering up the Spiral Staircase, you’ll find a huge Loft the kids will absolutely adore - always so fun when they have their “own” space. With 2 Twin Beds and a Full Futon, there’s plenty of room for them to spread out and relax, while the grown-ups enjoy some much needed peace and quiet downstairs.

Condo was very nice and clean. I've stayed many times on East Side Drive and prefer this location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and Assateague Island. Having two balconies is always a plus. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed the beach as always. A few things I would have really liked was a bathroom on the 3rd floor and the steamer pot didn't have the rack inside of it. The television in twin bedroom didn't have cable. Overall our stay was nice and relaxing.

Our family has rented vacation homes in several beach destinations including Duck & Corolla, NC, Ocean City (MD and NJ), and Rehoboth, DE. Based on those experiences, here is our review of this Chincoteague townhouse.Highlights•The view is outstanding one of the best features of this property.•At night you can see the lighthouse flashing every 5 seconds, which is a unique and memorable detail.•The dock is a great amenity if you bring a kayak or boat.•The loft stairs add a fun touch for kids and extra space for families.•Linens and towels were included, which made packing much easier.•The location on the island is excellent—quiet, scenic, and convenient.•Overall, we loved the space, the location, and especially the beautiful view.Areas for Improvement•The top-floor balcony has no electricity, and no flashlights or lanterns were provided, making it difficult to use in the evening.•No blinds or curtains on the back bedroom, back porch, or front door, which affects privacy and comfort.•The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, but could use more utensils and basic cooking gadgets.•There is no guest book for travelers to share recommendations with future guests.•Unlike other rentals we’ve experienced, there were no beach items provided such as umbrellas, chairs, or boogie boards.Overall: This townhouse offers an incredible setting with unbeatable views. With a few thoughtful additions, it could provide an even more comfortable & convenient.

Loved waking up to the sun over the water, lots of water birds and loved falling asleep to the lighthouse beam. This location is PRIME, and we made friends with the neighbors who took us out in their boat clamming. Biked to the beaches, ice cream, tacos, minigolf…. Just al all around great stay. We will be back!
