Only steps away, you will find a fabulous playground, pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis and basketball courts, and a boat launch ideal for launching kayaks, as well as boats.

HAD ISSUE WITH NO INTERNET, THE PASSWORD WOULD NOT WORKOUTSIDE GRILL WAS ON ITS LAST LEG

Great location, plenty of room, clean and ready to move in. A couple of things: floor has some problem spots - you can literally feel it move under your foot; the downstairs shower door needs new sealant stripping, as does the front door flashing. Glass front door needs to be adjusted - springs shut too quickly, leaving your foot in danger of being caught and cut.
