About this house rental

Situated on a charming Notting Hill Mews, this 2 bedroom home is in a fantastic location- just minutes from Portobello Road, Kensington Palace, Holland Park; and just a 10 minute tube journey from Bond Street. For up to 4 guests.

This home is set over 3 floors with a welcoming entrance hall on the ground floor, leading through to the kitchen opposite.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
A sleek and elegant space- with a dining table and surrounding chairs, as well as views out to the courtyard garden. The kitchen is contemporary in style and is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

COURTYARD GARDEN
A lovely courtyard garden, with a white cast-iron table and chairs, as well as a wooden bench for seating. Plants and trees surround the space.

UTILITY CUPBOARD
The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in a cupboard in the hallway.

WC
A few steps down to enter, there is a WC and basin, just off from the hallway.

LIVING ROOM
Upstairs on the first floor, is the living room. A light space, is offers windows on both sides- with aspects to the mews and the garden. The seating comprises several sofas, armchairs and a television.

Around the corner, is a reading area, with armchairs and a bookcase.

STUDY
The study will be locked to guests.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is on the top floor. It includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin, with sleek tiling.

MASTER BEDROOM
A relaxing room- with a Super-King size bed, an armchair in the corner and a wardrobe.

MASTER EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom includes a large, walk-in shower, WC and basin, as well as a bath.

SECOND BEDROOM
This room offers a double bed, with artwork on the wall above the bed. On the right, is a white wardrobe and there is also a chest-of-drawers.

A beautiful little mews house on three levelsClose to everything but very serene. A lovely little courtyard space with mature plants and dining area. A short walk to two tube stations and a nice stroll to Portabello Road Market. Two family friendly pubs steps away. Very tastefully furnished. Two thumbs up!

Overall we had a fantastic experienct at 14 Ladbroke. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms are on the third floor but spacious and beds are comfortable. There is a washer and dryer althought instructions on how to use them would have been helpful (as americans, we have never seen a dryer with a water tank that needs to be emptied). There are no electrical outlets near a mirror so blow drying/curling the hair was difficult. We would definitly stay here again.
