Summary:
This is a truly Idyllic lower ground floor apartment for your trip to London. Sophisticated and comfortable, with two cosy bedrooms and a spacious sitting room, you won't want to leave!
The real hidden gem of this apartment is the bright courtyard, a rare find in a London apartment, and the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station, Hyde Park, and Holland Park, and a short walk from Portobello Market!
The Space:
This is a truly charming apartment has been taken into account in every element of the design.
The sitting room has plenty of comfortable space to relax in after a day out exploring London. There is a TV in the sitting room - please note that the TV is quite small.
The kitchen is a galley kitchen, connecting the sitting room and the dining room, which looks onto the patio.
Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Notting Hill is one of London's most fashionable areas. You are just minutes from Portobello Market, which comes alive on Saturday mornings with a wealth of stalls, and minutes from Hyde Park, and quite near Buckingham Palace.
On the other side of Hyde Park are the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the Natural History Museum, all nearby.
Getting Around:
Notting Hill Gate Station: Underground (Central Line, Circle Line) is just 5 minutes from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

On our first trip to London we chose to rent VRBO. What a great choice we made. This apartment was not only in an amazing area, but was well outfitted & very comfortable. Everything was close by - the tube, grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy & you can even grab the big red bus close by if you want to tour London using that option.
The property manager was very responsive - we had to come in one day early and she immediately accommodated us! She responded quickly to all questions and was very helpful.

My adult daughter and I spent a week in this apartment. We loved it! The neighborhood is full of restaurants and markets, contains a convenient tube stop, and felt safe enough to run at night. We got quick responses from the management company to questions- the value of which can not be overstated! It was grand! And we’d go back in a heartbeat-

Location is excellent for Tube access. Neighbourhood has all amenities very nearby. Space is excellent as a home base for seeing the sights.
