About this house rental
Come let all your cares melt away at 'Knot Holden Back'. This fully renovated and completely redecorated four bedroom, two bath house sits directly on the ocean with a private walkway to the beach. The views of the beach and ocean from the covered deck as well as every room inside the house are worth the trip. Entertaining and relaxing are made even easier with an open floor plan (kitchen, dinning, and living rooms). The house offers a fully stocked kitchen, brand new furnishings, as well as comfortable dining and relaxing spaces. The outside shower and plentiful parking make for convenience and ease.
The four bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twins, and bunk bed--twin over double) sleep 9 and features new, coastal furnishings that adds to the ambiance of the beach. The brightly colored furniture and fabrics are cheerful even on cloudy beach days. Each bedroom has new mattresses, bedding, as well as extra blankets and pillows for added comfort.
An open concept awaits you in the living area. The kitchen and dinning space allows you to continue to visit while preparing meals, eating at the table, watching television, or relaxing on the couches. Games, puzzles, and books are also available for your added entertainment.
Outside the beach house also offers amenities during your stay. Due to the unique positioning of Holden Beach, the sunrise and sunset can be viewed from the porch where there is plentiful seating for your group. There is an outside shower and changing area for those that like to be able to hear the waves when bathing or rinsing off from the beach. Four cars can fit comfortably under the covered space of the house and the long driveway allows space for at least 4 more vehicles making parking a breeze.

Stunning beach views and a lovely, cozy home! The accommodations were exactly as described. The home had a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and comfy living room furniture. The beach access was amazing. We lounged on the deck and enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells. Will definitely return here again.

Excellent location. The property was as described and maybe even better. Very clean and neat. Everything was in order and operational except for the lift and we were notified ahead of time about that. Would like to stay again sometime. Gnats were bad this year as the wind was coming from the wrong direction but that had nothing to do with the property. Again, excellent place to stay.

My family and I had a great time at Lesley and Richard’s place. Lesley was always very responsive and worked quickly to resolve an issue we had. This would be a great set up for 2 small families wanting to vacation together. On one side of the house is the king room and twin room with a jack and Jill bathroom between them and on the other side is the queen room and bunk room with the other Jack and Jill bathroom between them. The direct access from the balcony straight down to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed this quiet section of Holden Beach. Towels were not included at the house but Lesley informed us ahead of time so we were easily able to bring them along with us. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future beach trips!

My husband and I booked for a last minute weekend and I wanted to be right on the beach. This place catered to my wants. Would stay here again! We had a wonderful relaxing weekend!
