About this villa rental
Just 10 minutes from the sea and the beach and only 20 km from the historic center of Zadar, this beautifully renovated villa with a fenced garden and swimming pool is located in the small village of Galovac. A stay in this property will be far enough away from mass tourism and everyday stress to recharge your batteries and return to everyday life. The owner offers the possibility of transportation from the airport to the exit and back for a fee, as well as van rental. Be sure to visit the city of Zadar and its historical and cultural sights, taste its authentic gourmet delicacies and enjoy the excursion programs and rich day and night life.
The 167 m² villa offers space for up to 12 people on two floors. The rooms are divided as follows:
On the ground floor of the house there is a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. From the living/dining room there is access to the terrace of the house and the swimming pool.
Please note that there is an external staircase to access the first floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds). Also on this floor are two bathrooms with shower cabins. The first floor also offers a furnished balcony. The holiday home is equipped with 7 air conditioners, each bedroom has its own and another one is located in the living room. There is also satellite TV, wireless internet, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a living room, a terrace, a summer kitchen with barbecue equipment and a small lawn with a children's trampoline and a small slide. In the front yard there are 4 covered and securely secured parking spaces, and in the back yard there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, seating area and a spacious swimming pool, as well as an additional bathroom.
Beautiful sandy and pebble beaches are located in the coastal towns of Sukošan and Bibinje, only 10-15 minutes away, and the city of Zadar is also well worth seeing.

Nice and spacious house.
We Travelled with 3 families with children.
Lovely pool and sundeck.
Handy to have an extra outdoor, fully equipped kitchen.
Every 2 bedrooms have there own bathroom and one extra at the pool area.
The communication was good and Marco was very helpful. We had a problem with one of the showerheads, which was immediately solved after leaving a message.
We had a friendly and warm welcome and nice tips for the area.
Location of the house was great for us (Travelled by car) to visit cities, the mountain area or beaches.
Small local friendly shop (bread,..) 3km further down the road.
Some good small local wine farmers in the vicinity.
About 25 minutes to the old city center of Zadar by car for the Bigger shops, local market with a fresh fish market, ferry's to the islands.

Leider sehr weit ab von Schuss und die Nachbarn haben sich sehr schnell und oft beschwert.
Ansonsten eine super Villa, viel Platz, toller Pool!

We stayed as a large group of friends, it was perfect for us. We were able to get Uber to and from the centre of Zadar, it would be perfect for those hiring a car. The villa is beautiful - just like the pictures! And the host was very friendly, fast at replying and sorted any queries really quickly. Definitely recommend!!!
