There are several perks of this beachfront condo, including direct access to the Camarones Beach, great for kids and elders alike, and direct access to the vibrant Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Our location brings all your needs within walking distance and makes for the most exciting and easy-going vacation.
Puerta al Mar offers modern living in a boutique Mexican style building, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bar, comfortable dining area; inside and out, covered parking and round-the-clock security. We want to make sure your stay is as safe, convenient and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we also provide all your beach needs; such as chairs, towels and umbrellas. Apart from having the option of a beach day, there are several options for how you can spend the day, because of this propertyâs prime location which is why itâs a guest favorite.
One of the best parts of being directly in downtown Puerto Vallarta is having only a few steps to MalecĂłn. A popular destination to visit in town, where you can find lots of daytime family activities, nighttime action, plenty of places to eat and great sightseeing. Youâll even get to experience sightseeing right from your room, as dolphins can be seen all year long. Prime whale watching season is Dec-Mar and of course, this is something kids really love.
If youâre a golfer, youâll be happy to learn of many popular courses nearby. The well-known Flamingos Golf Club and the lengthy El Tigre Golf Club located in Nuevo Vallarta. This location also has the fun and challenging Mayan Palace Golf Club course.
There are many other famous fairways to choose from within a 3 â 5 mile radius. Puerto Vallarta has a variety of activities suitable for children and adults. This unit sleeps 6 people and is a very comfortable home-away-from-home. This can even be your vacation location for big occasions, since we own multiple units and specialize in large groups, family reunions, weddings or corporate retreats. We also host couples and small families, so youâll feel at ease no matter what the purpose. We have an amazing Villa that sleeps 16 guests and we also have our condo building (Puerta al Mar) in downtown Puerto Vallarta (15 minutes from the Villa) located directly on the ocean that sleeps an additional 28 guests. The condo building features TWO Penthouse units and TWO Superior Deluxe units directly on the beach. All units are listed on HomeAway for your viewing pleasure. In total we can host 42 guests at one time however if your group is larger we have an additional Villa available, just ask.

The location was perfect for us. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and access to Taxi super convenient. The condo was clean and well appointed and the VIEW exceeded expectations. It was our first time to PV and we are already planning our next visit. Would stay here again.

The beach is right there, you open the door and all you see is the ocean, the beach and a couple of palm trees below, and the swimming pool and deck immediately below. Well appointed condo, great balconies, walking distance to everything, and a nice quiet facility with a limited number of suites.It was perfect

This is a great place and an even greater location. Lots of option in PV so weâll try another place next time. Only thing I didnât like was the bed linens were very cheap and very old. Not at all what you should get for 600 a night. I have a vrbo and Iâd never ask a guest to sleep like that. So, bring your own linens and have a blast. And owner, please train your housekeeper to clean glass and donât ask us to squeegee it! Nuts for the price.

The owner was very clear that there would be no condiments, but the reality was still very disappointing, and made eating in difficult. In addition, there was no aluminum foil or any other packaging like sarin wrap or wax paper, etc. The highlight was the "concierge", Rosa, who was very helpful. The instructions we received once we had secured the reservation stated that there would only be one roll of toilet paper in each bath and one roll of paper towels. Indeed this was true, but every place we have ever rented in over 25 years, world wide, has had extra toilet paper and papertowels available. (and the paper towel roll left was not a full roll.Hot water ran low after 5 min in the shower. There was no shampoo or any other small toilet items that we have always had in other rentals just to start off the stay. We would suggest that the kitchen sink faucet be replaced as it is quite old and splashes water everywhere.
