Located just few blocks from Playa Camarones beach (with minimal incline to home) in the historic 5 de Diciembre neighborhood. - 5 min easy walk to beach and 10 min easy walk to Malecon. Surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it easy to dive into the local culture.

Designed for comfort, this space is modern and stylish, with a splash of Mexican with an interior mural created by an artist that levies on our street. conveniences to ensure a relaxing stay for you and your guests.
Step outside into your own private terrace, where a sparkling dipping pool awaits to cool you off under the warm Puerto Vallarta sun. Whether it`s an early morning plunge or an afternoon of lounging, this space is perfect for unwinding.
Take things up a notch with exclusive access to the building’s rooftop pool, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta. It`s the ultimate place to take a dip, soak up the sun, or enjoy a sunset cocktail. The rooftop café seating area is ideal for your morning coffee or an evening meal under the stars.
Once you retreat to your private condo, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, the condo and the entire building are equipped with a built-in water purification system. A purified water dispenser is also available in the unit (adjacent to sink faucet and in refrigerator dispenser as well.
Other amenities include: Laundry room with washer/dryer (with starter supplies), dish washer (with starter supplies), refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, linens, bath towels and beach/pool towels. Toiletries such as soap, shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The rooftop features a gas grill, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, fire pit, high-speed internet, bathroom, outside shower, pool, lounge chairs, and a dining table in a shaded area.
The fitness area has a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical machine, Yoga mat and free weights.

This Sunset Tower condo is centrally located within proximity of PV’s fun and entertainment, but it’s situated in the peaceful community of 5D where you will experience a more authentic PV neighborhood vibe. Walk to many neighborhood bars and restaurants including coffee/juice bars, Italian, American and many, many Mexican dining options. 5 min down MODERATE hill to Playa Camerones with beach bars and dining. 10 min walk to North end of Malecon. Zona Romantica is a 30 min leisurely walk (along the Malecon) or a 50 Peso ($3usd) Uber Ride.
