About this house rental
A beautiful Vineyard placed on the outskirts of Vancouver only minutes from both freeway's I-5 or I-205. Less than a 1/2 hour to Portland Oregon and all it has to offer. When you think of Wine tasting, or Quiet Romantic weekend getaways, This whimsical home is the answer! Our Grand Chateau sits on a 34 acre private manicured estate, with distant neighbors far enough away you can enjoy your seclusion. The wrap around porch is fun year round and the gas fireplace on the back patio is great for gathering around at night. The vineyard is a working farm so there might be staff working on vineyard or the farm.
The neighbors adjacent to the estate are mostly working farms that make you feel like you are deep in the country. In the Morning, you may want to take a stroll around this 34 acre piece of heaven or enjoy a hot cup of coffee or your favorite tea on the porch that wraps around the lower level of the home, or relax on your own private balcony, of one of our elegant suites! Either way the views are breathtaking! This is a place to come and relax from the hustle & bustle of everyday life, to make memories that will last a lifetime!
Events are when you have over 20 people coming to the property. Unauthorized events will result in a $2,000.00 fee. Water and power to home will be shut off and guests will be escorted off the property. That isn’t what we want to do so please communicate honestly with us so your trip is a good one. WINE - BEER - CIDER OH MY! The Property is part of the Heathen Brewing company. Heathen Brewing opened in 2012. Heathen creates craft beers in what was a horse barn but now is a full production brewery of the small scale. This is only 4 miles down the street. In 2015 Heathen Feral Pub opened downtown so that the craft ales could be paired with amazing food. Fast forward to 2016 and a 34 acre vineyard with winery was added to the tribe. Now Heathen Estate Wine and soon Cider will be part of the Heathen offerings. When you book you will receive free delivery of Heathen beer & wine.
