Located a quick 2 min walk away from Forsyth Park, our home places you at the doorstep of Savannah’s acclaimed food and art scenes. Check out the SCAD Museum of Art, or spend the day shopping and dining along the riverfront.
There are a few homes in the neighborhood that need to be renovated, so while this could still be considered a transitional neighborhood, we have never had any safety issues. As far as safety is concerned, common sense is the general rule of thumb, just like in any major city.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park (2 minute walk) and SCAD (12 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

I stayed here with 11 girls for a bachelorette party! The house was so cute, you walk in through the gate into the courtyard and the pool (it was not heated). Keep in mind you do share the pool and large dining table with guests that are in the back carriage house. Sharing was fine! The house really only sleeps 10 guests. The 11th person had to sleep on a cot that rolled out of the closet. There was no place to put the cot besides shoving in the corner of the bedroom that only slept 2 or making the 11th person sleep in the living room. The cot was not comfortable at all. The other beds were comfortable! Although there was 11 of us, we easily shared the two bathrooms. The bathroom in the bedroom for 5 people, the shower curtain is like a bed sheet and water was getting everywhere. I would suggest to line that shower with a real shower curtain liner. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. We were not provided enough toilet paper and every time I messaged the host they answered so fast! They brought us anything we needed. There was plenty of towels and pillows. There is also a washer and dryer so we were able to do laundry. It was nice having the porch to sit outside and take pictures. The location of the house was nice and felt very safe. It was a long walk to river street, but it was easy to get around. I would recommend staying here with a group of 10 or less! We had such a fun time in Savannah!!
