Booked together, the two Deluxe homes at The Juliette hand a family or group of up to twelve a whole slice of Savannah to themselves — four bedrooms split across two units just one floor apart. It's the kind of setup that lets everyone gather over coffee in the morning and retreat to their own space at night, without anyone drawing the short straw. The building sits on a quiet, residential block on the western side of the Historic District, walkable to nearly everything yet calm when the day winds down. Forsyth Park and its landmark fountain are a short stroll south, the open-air stalls of City Market and the greenery of Franklin Square sit a few blocks away, and Broughton Street's boutiques and restaurants are an easy walk north. Guests tend to leave their plans loose here and simply wander between the squares and oak-canopied lanes. Each home spans roughly 1,300 square feet and carries its Southern character lightly. French doors open onto the living area, drawing in daylight and giving the space an easy, unhurried feel, while the open layout flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a dedicated coffee station. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bath: the primary pairs a king bed with a quiet workspace, and the second offers two queen beds for easy group sleeping. An in-unit washer and dryer rounds out each home — and since the two units share the same layout, upstairs and downstairs mirror one another, so no group gets the lesser half. While our style is consistent, the view, layout, and design may vary. Parking Details: - The entrance to the parking lot is 9½ feet tall and 13 feet wide. Vehicles taller than 9½ feet or wider than 13 feet will not fit through the gateway. - Each unit has one free private gated parking spot (best suited for compact cars—larger vehicles may not fit comfortably). - Additional free street parking is available if needed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
