Beautiful villa with large pool and nice bedrooms. Quick help by concierge locally and good customer support pre arrival over email as well
Just some small feedback:
- we did not have enough blankets at arrival. This was resolved by delivery from concierge the next day. But I would recommend a check before your guests arrive.
- The pool was cleaned on the second day of our arrival. Maybe this can be organised before arrival? If not possible, I would advise you to inform your guests in advance.
- no laundry detergent was present. This was provided after we asked for it.
- dirty dishes
- sheets weren’t very clean as well

Harmony was situated in a quiet, rural location with undisturbed views of Ayia Napa and the sea in the distance. We were fortunate to have lovely weather so the pool and outside areas were used a huge amount. The pool table was also a big bonus! The only drawback was a lot of dog/s barking most mornings from 6am! We all had a wonderful holiday.

The villa looked very impressive on first impressions but the villa really needs work e.g modifying and updating. The pool is pleasant and a decent size but the tiles are very slippery and quite dangerous. Inside one of
The doors didn’t lock and the safe didn’t work but In fair they did come and fix it the day after. Over all enjoyed the holiday.
