About this villa rental
Away from the crowds, close to everywhere, anémelie is a family-run vacation home, renovated in 2022. A 10-minute walk to Sotira town centre and a 12-minute drive from Ayia Napa, its beaches and the nighlife, and the water park. anémelie has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a swimming pool with sun-loungers and a BBQ. The pool is heated in the winter and a pool cover provides safety for children. anémelie can sleep up to 14 adults, an additional 2 children on bunk beds and additional infants. The large and airy common ground floor with open plan living room, TV lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, opens directly onto the pool terrace to the front and the breakfast terrace at the back. High-end linen, towels, pool towels and toiletries are provided. The 65” large screen Android TV offers IPTV, cable channels and streaming service connectivity. Free WiFi internet connectivity is available throughout.

Anemelie is a beautiful villa, easily accommodating a party of 11 as ours. Fully equipped with all appliances you may need. Ample rooms, airconditioned, large kitchen and dining room followed by a comfortable living room. Panayiota, the (lovely) owner, filled the fridge with all basic and more food products. Constantinos recommended tavernas and restaurantes, preferred beach and other attractions. Anemelie is 15 minutes away from Agia Nappa, a sparkling tourist town.

Me & my husband booked to go away with friends & family for my son's 18th birthday. There was 9 of us staying in the villa & it was absolutely beautiful, the host was incredible & the villa was so clean with the fridge filled with all the essentials & some wine aswell which was a lovely surprise. I could not recommend this place enough, so many lovely places to eat out offering traditional food at such an amazing quality & price. We cannot wait to book to come back again

My 7 friends and I (men in our 50s) travelled to Cyprus to surprise another of our friends who has lived there for the past 30 years.
The owners of the property were there to meet us when we arrived, we found the villa exceptionally beautiful, clean, tidy and well stocked considering we were not expecting this. All essential food items were there that you would normally do a quick shop for. There were even a few beers in the fridge! Information for local services (food apps / cab numbers etc.) were all there for convenience.
Whilst we had a few nights out we did decide to relax for one day around the villa and have a BBQ, this turned out to be one of the best days. Everything you would need in terms of equipment was there. The outside spaces of the villa were all well seated and beautifully presented.
During our stay the owners made contact to ensure that should we need anything they were there to ask.
Our 4 nights exceeded our expectations in terms cog accommodation and service and we hope to been there again in future.
