Kick back and relax in this new and modern space. Perfect for two couples or a family to explore what Pensacola has to offer.
We've meticulously and thoroughly remodel this home with priority on quality and comfort. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. The back bedroom boasts its own private back porch while the front porch is large and open enough for the whole crew. You can enjoy coffee and/or evening refreshments while enjoying the Florida weather- rain or shine!
The spacious kitchen has ample counter space and an eat-in bar. In the back of the house, the laundry and mud room is perfect to stash all the traveling debris. An open yard affords plenty of parking for you and your guests (and a boat or two if you’d like!).
Natural light floods the home from sunrise to sunset while the updated HVAC system keeps you cool and comfortable. The front bedroom is darker (great for those who like to sleep in!) while the back bedroom get the early morning rays.
One block south is a great park for kids and dogs. By walking a few more blocks, you can get to restaurants, the local grocery store, a great nail salon, and water access (including a boat ramp!).
The home is in a peaceful, welcoming

The owners of this property really did their thinking and put together the perfect arrangement for almost any group that might want to rent it. Each bedroom has its own very nicely appointed bathroom and a TV so it’s just like a hotel room then it has a really nice mudroom with brand new washer and dryer as you enter. The kitchen beyond is very nicely laid out and has everything you need for your stay. Beyond that is a very nice living area with a dining table and comfortable couch and a very large screen TV. The neighborhood is safe and up-and-coming and very well located for anywhere you would like to visit within the Pensacola Metro area. It even has shaded parking which is a real plus in the middle of the summer. This was our second stay and we’ve already booked our third. Oh, and I forgot they are pet friendly and we’ve had their our dogs there and they like it too.

Walking in I felt relief that it was truly what I had hoped for! The neighborhood was fun to walk in and safe. Love the updated decor. Owners were gracious & helpful!

The property was very clean, almost new and had plenty of space. The whole process was very easy to handle. We were in Pensacola for a family wedding so it allowed us to have a place to stay along with our little dog. A hotel just would not work.
