Whether you're here to explore historic sites, unwind by the water, or find a comfortable home base for work, Twin Oaks Cottage is the perfect starting point. Located just one block off Scenic Highway, you are 7 minutes from Downtown and 18 minutes from Pensacola Beach.

* Policy: No smoking, no pets, no parties/events.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM.
* Guests: Only registered guests allowed overnight.
* Travel Tip: We recommend travel insurance, especially during Hurricane Season (June – Nov).
* Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum for Memorial Day, July 4th, Blue Angels on the Beach, and Labor Day weekends.
A Note on our Tropical Setting:
Twin Oaks Cottage is nestled under a lush canopy of majestic oaks in a beautiful sub-tropical climate. Because this is a historic 1940s home with vintage charm, and because we are surrounded by nature, you may occasionally see a "Palmetto Bug" (a large Florida wood roach) during the hot or wet months. We have a strict professional pest control schedule, but they are a natural part of the Florida landscape!
Host Tip: To keep the "great outdoors" where it belongs, please keep doors and windows closed at all times.

We had at a delighted stay at Twin Oaks cottage Pensacola. From the moment we walked in the front door we knew we would have a wonderful four weeks here. The décor was lovely throughout and each room well equipped. The kitchen had everything one would need for cook meals from breakfast to dinner. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens supplied were plentiful. The cottage has great sitting areas both indoors and outside - one never felt confined. The host responded quickly re any queries. The cottage has useful and interesting information provided.We highly recommend Twin Oaks.

We loved the house; the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and the backyard. This was a great two weeks vacation. We loved it so much we already booked it again for next year. Love, this place!

It's a lovely little cottage that is only a couple of minutes drive from downtown or the beach. There's a little grocery store in biking distance down the street. We found it to be a very relaxing and quiet place.

We had a great time. We were there for my husbands birthday. Could use improvement on the Air conditioner. Every time we turned around it was 80 degrees in the house due to some setting on the thermostat. The beds were hard as a rock so we ended up sleeping in the living room on pull out couch. It was cooler in the living room. Other than that issue we had no complaints
