About this house rental

Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this beach vacation home brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and head out to Montesilvano Beach and Pinewood Nature Reserve of St. Filomena, just a short walk away.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) of this 646-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a lobster pot. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.
