The owners was great and very friendly and implicated, we had everything we needed, and when something was missing, the owner immediatly solved and helped us. The unit is located very near the beach and close to the best restaurants in the area, 15 mins away from big supermarkets and public transportation. It has a elevator and the area is very safe. The unit was new and fully equipped.
The only downside if you are tall is you can hurt your head in the ceiling as its a loft appartment.

Proprietaria molto gentile.
