About this house rental
Brand new green built certified house, the only one in the city of brevard, Luxury mattresses and linens. walkable to downtown, the brevard music center, the bracken mountain trail, the lumberyard, and has its own private bike track! Must sign waiver to ride =) . There is a queen murphy bed on the main level as well as a full bath, a queen bed in the bedroom, and two twin beds in the sleeping loft!

This rental is very close to downtown Brevard. It has a beautiful and peaceful back deck. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apart from learning the nuance of the electronic door lock, this place proved to be one that I would return to without hesitation. Clean, well maintained, and a little bit funky (in all the right ways), this spot, just a few blocks from downtown was a perfect home base for a relaxed weekend.

The Brevard Bike House is a unique, perfectly located, mountain biker's dream. Eclectic yet tasteful, creatively designed and comfortable, small-ish yet fully functional, and walking distance to the Lumber Yard District and downtown. The main house has a porch and 2 decks for coffee and cool afternoon libations, the back yard is a bike track!!!, and there is a generously outfitted bike shop (detached). We've been going to Brevard for 10+ years, usually multiple times a year, and this is one of the best places we have stayed. We will be back, for sure. Hats off to Ryan!!

Nothing but positive things to stay about our stay. In town for a cycling event and this was a great location, within walking/riding distance to downtown. The host was very responsive in answering questions and keeping us updated with a power outage situation (weather related).
Highly recommend and would stay here again.
