Son Carrió 6 is an apartment that is part of the Sa Perdiu complex, located in Son Carrió, in the southern part of Ciutadella. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Santandria Beach.
The Sa Perdiu community is known for its family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The apartments are situated next to a large communal pool and a shared outdoor hot tub.
The complex also offers a sunbathing area and shared lounge chairs.
Sa Perdiu 6 is located at the rear of the complex, with views of the greenery, where, among other things, part of the “Cami de Cavalls” trail runs through. It consists of:
2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed + 1 with a bunk bed consisting of two single beds)
1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, Italian coffee maker, and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.
Living/dining room with TV, dining table and chairs, and a sofa.
Private terrace.
Covered porch.
Parking area.

The front terrace provides access to the accommodation and features a cozy porch furnished with an outdoor table and benches.
It’s sunny there starting mid-morning, making it ideal for breakfast al fresco or a drink in the evening.
We provide bed linens and towels for your personal use, as well as initial supplies for the bathroom and kitchen, plus a roll of toilet paper.
For added comfort, the house includes air conditioning or heating, depending on the season, and has standing fans.
