About this villa rental
Access from two streets, from Carrer de S espigol and from Carrer des Pins. Just a few metres away you have bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and the sandy beach of Cala Blanca with its sunsets.
The house has a tourist licence for 4 people and consists of 150m2 of construction.
Its exterior consists of a private swimming pool with outdoor shower with a built-in barbecue and a lovely covered terrace with comfortable sofas for pleasant summer evenings.
Its interior on the ground floor consists of a lounge with Smart TV, free wifi and comfortable sofas.
Well-equipped open kitchen with dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen consists of microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, fire blanket and all necessary kitchenware.
Guest toilet, garage with washing machine, electric water heater (iron and ironing board), fire extinguisher.
On the upper floor we find:
1 bedroom with 2 beds with air conditioning and fan with terrace
1 double bedroom with air conditioning and fan with TV and terrace
1 single bedroom with air conditioning

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist Tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
