**New AC unit in living room May 2026!** One bedroom home with all the amentities, ready to host you for the next big game or event. Fully fenced back yard, well stocked kitchen, close to both major hospitals and easy freeway access. Private driveway parking for two vehicles. Close to historic Washburne District in downtown Springfield and within minutes to Autzen stadium and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to McKenzie Willamette Hospital. Property met all of my expectations.I would choose to stay here again.One caution; I believe one of the handles in the bathtub /shower area is reversed. It took me a minute but I figured it outThank you for a great stay!

All the comforts of home, the kitchen has everything you need plus more. I appreciate the nice quiet neighborhood and the conditions of the property are great! The decor is super cute and it was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

This stay was every bit as satisfying as the last. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was excellent. My only issue was with the mattress was abit soft for me, other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay there again

5-Star Stay, Highly Recommend!I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, fully stocked with all the essentials, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. There were free snacks, coffees and a variety of tea available. Samantha was incredibly responsive, and communication through the VRBO app was seamless and efficient.I especially appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, detergents were even provided (though i brought my own). That extra convenience made a big difference during my stay.The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, yet it’s conveniently located within walking distance to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center where I was doing my clinical rotation, and just a few blocks from dining options and Walgreens. There’s also a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or jogging, which was a great bonus since there’s no treadmill in the home.The backyard garden is absolutely charming, and the home’s decor creates such a warm and cheerful ambiance. I also appreciated having TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was freshly painted, clean, and overall, you can truly tell the owner takes pride in maintaining this small but lovely home.Would definitely stay here again if needed. It definitely beats staying at questionable nearby motels/hotels. A five-star experience all around!
